Family tradition in the heart of the Black Forest

Elzach, a small, tranquil village with an elevation of 400m, lies in the heart of the Black Forest, some 30km from the principal Black Forest city of Freiburg, in the magnificent Elztal valley.

Here, in natural surroundings and fresh forest air, we produce traditional Black Forest ham and local varieties of sausages by hand, using our own family recipes.

From the very beginning, the craft and trade of the father has been passed on to, and continued by, the son.

From this unbroken line, now in the 9th generation, comes a respected and efficient business which, with over 70 employees, produces high-quality products in the most modern of facilities.  Our name is our guarantee of quality.
